• Visiting of the property once   a month – inspection of the interior and exterior; checking of a list with 20 points for security; making of the report about the condition; make photos of the property; list check; air all rooms; check for mould; check all electrical and sanitary equipment and plumbing to make sure all are in good working; inspection for insects and pests. If there are some problems we will connect with you and arrange removal of its.
• Sending of photos and report about the condition of the property by e-mail – once a month.
• Yearly ending of a firm. If the firm is working – negotiable.
• Thoroughly cleaning all the rooms – vacuum-cleaner, dusting; air of the rooms; cleaning of the windows, floor, faience, terracotta, sinks, bathroom and WC and etc. – once a year.
• Collecting of the mails and sending at your request.
• Extraordinary visit of the property at your request – two times yearly are included in the price, each additional visit is paid.
• Presentation of the owner in front of other faces – communal, security, tax and municipal services.
• Communication with neighbourhood.
• Arranging of repairs at your requests – against additional payment.

For subscription for a year you save 340 euro. 

Please, have a mean that in the price are not included the costs of the bills for your services. Its shall pay to the Executor on bank way for 1 or 3 month after the Executer have sent to Customer the receipts for all paid bills by e-mail.

The prices have to be changed it depending of:
Remoteness of the property
Condition of the property
Area of the property

You have to give us the keys after the sign of the contract.
To make us a letter of administration for presentation to you in front of other faces.

We have a right not to accept definite properties for services.
All prices are for properties situated at 20km from Veliko Tarnovo!

Customer who haven’t a maintenance contract – 40E per a visit.
